How do I find the product I’m looking for?

By search. If you know what you want, simply go to the area marked ‘search’ and type in a keyword. This can be a product name or a brand name and you can be as general or as specific as you wish. You can always  contact us for help in finding items in different colours and sizes.

By browsing. Simply click on a product category on the top navigation bar and then select from the choices presented.


 

How do I order?

Ordering at yorkshirelinen.es is easy, fast and secure. To place an order, look at the four simple steps below.

1. After you’ve found what you want click the add to cart button.
2. You are now in your ‘shopping cart’. It stores all the items you are planning to buy. You can remove or amend any items in the shopping cart at any time.
3. Once you’re happy with what you’ve got, if you wish to add other products to your cart click ‘continue shopping’ or, if you have everything you require, click ‘checkout’.
4. If you are a returning customer, just log in with your email address and password, or if you are a new customer, select ‘New Customer: Please create an account’ and complete the form as requested.

Your details will be saved securely and will be remembered next time you log in. Please note that we do not hold any of your payment details as payment is processed directly by the bank.


 

How do I pay?

Yorkshirelinen.es accepts all major credit/debit cards including Visa Debit/Credit, MasterCard Debit/Credit, Switch, Electron. In fact the only cards we can’t accept are American Express and Diners Club.

How safe are my Transactions?

Don’t worry; shopping at yorkshirelinen.es is completely safe, No payment details are entered on the Yorkshirelinen.es website, they are handled directly by our banks secure server. All of your contact and delivery details will be held on our own secure server that uses industry standard encryption methods to deter would-be hackers. The ‘Encryption’ turns your information into a special code that only our computers can unscramble.

How are goods delivered and how much does it cost?

With yorkshirelinen.es the standard delivery charge is currently only 4,95€ for all goods bought in one transaction. The standard delivery charge applies for all addresses on the Spanish mainland.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION – COURIER DELIVERIES

Should there be nobody available to accept the delivery from the courier, the driver will leave a contact card for you to rearrange the delivery at a convenient time.  The courier may also try and contact you directly or via Yorkshirelinen.es to rearrange the delivery.

Please Note – The courier will hold onto your ordered goods for a maximum of 10 days before returning them to Yorkshirelinen.es, at this point, Yorkshirelinen.es will refund the value of the order to your credit/debit card excluding the original delivery charge.


 

What is the 14 day no quibble money back guarantee?

This is simply our guarantee to you that you can return any products to us for a full refund if they prove unsuitable for any reason. Please read the notes regarding how to make a return .

How do I know if my order has been received?

You will be sent an e-mail acknowledging receipt of your order, shortly after placing it. Should there be any problems regarding your order, a further email will be sent within one working day of your order been placed.


 

Do you accept international orders?

Although we do not currently deliver to international destinations as a service on the website, please contact us by telephone or email for an estimate on delivery charges to your location.

How do I change my yorkshirelinen.es password?

To change your password visit the www.yorkshirelinen.es website and click on “Your Account” near the top of the screen, if you are not already logged on, you will be asked to provide your username and password (unless you have already changed these details they can be found in the “Account Details” email you should have received soon after creating your account or placing your first order with us). You can now click on “Account Information” where you can specify a new password or change other account details.  Finally click on “Save” to confirm the changes.
